Where I’m From

Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris fruit is grown and selected from one of New Zealand’s premium wine regions, Waipara. Waipara Sauvignon Blanc brings lemon and grapefruit with juicy acidity and Waipara Pinot Gris gives pear and stonefruit blossom and adds texture to the wine.

How I taste

The aroma is pure and inviting with fresh lemon and grapefruit notes, along with pear and blossom. The palate is light and playful, with refreshing citrus and pure stonefruit flavours. The persistent bubbles elevate this wine and bring wonderful energy and excitement to the palate, leaving the wine with a crisp dry finish.

How I’m Made

We create premium, full-strength New Zealand wine, before using advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, and then the alcohol. The delicate aroma is collected and recombined with the wine to maintain its vibrant aroma. This results in a dry, refreshing style of non-alcoholic sparkling wine with low calories.
