We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
We currently offer 50% off shipping on Australian orders over $100. The discount is automatically applied at checkout—no promo code required. Promotional shipping offers may change from time to time.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro Areas: 1–5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary.
Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Authority to Leave
Depending on the carrier and your delivery location, your parcel may be left in a safe place if no one is home. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please let us know before your order is dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or resent.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if anything is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@freespiritdrinkco.com.au. Including photos of any damage will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
