TANNIN: A MIXTURE OF KEEMUN TEA AND OOLONG TEA GIVES TANNIN AND AN EXTRA STEP OF FLORAL AND WOODY NOTES. GINGER COMES THROUGH AT THE END TO OFFER A SMALL EXTRA BITE.
