Full bodied, effervescent ale with lashings of tropical fruit notes from a new experimental hop variety. Guava, Pawpaw and Grapefruit overtones leap out of the glass for a satisfying and refreshing finish.

In setting out to craft Easy Tiger, the mission was simple – create a full flavoured beer that doesn’t skimp on the aromatics or texture, but make it sessionable.

So sessionable in fact that you can’t even tell the difference between beers with booze and this smooth operator that doesn’t discriminate.

This beer is very pale and highly carbonated pours with a light fluffy head that does not last long. Aroma is light to non-existant and I did not get any tropical fruit notes as suggested in the section above.
First sip moutfeel is light dry and fizzy Combined with the relatively light flavour profile, this almost gives the impression it has been mixed with soda.
The beer is well made with no obvious flavour faults but does not have a lot of hop malt or fermentations flavour. It would be a refreshing drop after exercising or by the pool on a hot summer's day but if you are looking for beer with a big flavour hit you might want to choose something else.
