Bought this (again) for my wedding and even the photographer tried it on the morning of, and said it was great!
Bourbon was my choice of spirit when I did drink socially, and I found this to be a lovely substitute. You can taste the background flavours of bourbon, with a lovely hint of soft caramel. I don't drink sugary mixers, so I had the first glass with tonic, which tasted nice, but I preferred it straight with ice. I think it would taste even closer to a natural bourbon if I mixed it with Coke. I would purchase again.
Tastes like JD and no side effects.
A little disappointing. Found it quite watery. Flavour was fine just lacked depth.

Bought a bottle from my local Woolies. Weak, watery, scant flavour, in summary, terrible. Only a very faint reemmblance to real bourbon. A waste of money, tried half a glass, the rest went down the sink
I like to mix it 50/50 with Jim Beam Bourbon & diet coke, so I am getting the stronger bourban taste but half the alcohol.
Bland ad uninspiring. Someone said better than the Lyre range?? No way, just awful, Lyre is definetly better, this was just like weak brewed tea. Not sure what to do with this bottle now. Maybe toilet cleaner??
