Señorio de la Tautila white wine comes from the Airen grapes, which combine the sweetness and aroma of its origin with the necessary density to make this wine a great companion. It is carefully produced and dealcoholised just before bottling, preserving its organoleptic characteristics and
extracting only the alcoholic and caloric content from this citrus scented white.

Scented, frank and good intensity, citrus note.

TASTE PHASE
Fresh, aromatic and lively with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

DEALCOHOLISATION
Señorio de la Tautila Airen has been produced through a mehod known as vacuum
distillation at low temperature, the most traditional and least aggressive method of
dealcoholisation. Through this sophisticated method, it is processed without
temperature aggressions or pressure.
