This cuvée made from Kerner and Riesling was gently stripped of the alcohol, but not its fruity, fresh character. The clear, wonderfully integrated acidity and the aromatic play of the residual sweetness with the integrated carbon dioxide perfectly replace the alcohol that has been removed. Lots of fruit and complex aromas characterize this non-alcoholic wine. Enjoy it well chilled with salads, fish and poultry. ZERO is also the ideal base for spirited cocktails.
