This “calm” drink is pure marketing nonsense. Promised nootropics and calm? Felt nothing but disappointed and actually sick afterward. And the mellows drink is expensive and you’d think it would be good. I spoke to my naturopath about it and the only ingredient is too low an amount to even do anything.

the biggest issue was the taste for me which was not very nice and also the drink did not work.

Love Mellows..... happily drink this rather than wine any day!
