New name, familiar favourite: Previously known as Lyre's White Cane Spirit, this product now features the White Rum Alternative name and updated packaging.

Flavour Profile

Fresh sugar cane with oak, caramel sweetness, marzipan, coconut and bright orange-citrus notes. A light peppery finish keeps the flavour crisp and balanced.

How to Enjoy

Best enjoyed mixed. Combine with fresh lime, mint and soda water for a refreshing alcohol-free Mojito, or shake with lime and sugar syrup for a Daiquiri-style cocktail. Also works beautifully in a Piña Colada or Old Cuban-inspired drink.

Easy Mojito Recipe

In a tall glass, combine 60mL Lyre's White Rum Alternative, 30mL lime juice, 15mL sugar syrup and 10 fresh mint leaves. Add ice, top with 30mL soda water, stir gently and garnish with extra mint and lime.
