Add 60mL Lyre's Italian Spritz and 90mL Lyre's Classico non-alcoholic sparkling to a wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wheel.

Lyre's Italian Spritz
This is really good. Had it with the Lyers Prosecco and Soda. With Mint and slice of Orange over ice.
This is an excellent clone of Aperol, and good enough to win prizes against the real thing. Highlighted by mixing with a zero-proof prosecco, it is also wonderful with tonic water.
