Nyctalope is a non-alcoholic beverage from Domaine des Grottes, made with organic botanical infusion and fruit juices. The 2026 composition is 15% apple juice, 15% grape juice and 70% organic botanical infusion.

A bold, expressive variation of Antilope, with notes of bitter orange, ripe citrus and Sichuan pepper over a floral, herbal foundation of verbena and yarrow. Its deep golden colour has amber highlights, with a crisp, structured palate, pronounced bitterness and a lingering citrus, herb and pepper finish.

Organic, 0% alcohol. Contains no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside spicy dishes, plant-based cuisine, aged cheeses or dishes with bitter notes.
