French Bloom La Cuvée Vintage 2023 Blanc de Blancs is the latest prestige release from French Bloom, showcasing the elegance and precision of a true vintage French sparkling.

Crafted from certified organic Chardonnay grown on old vines in the Hauts de Vallée of Limoux, the 2023 vintage benefited from a warm, dry growing season balanced by timely spring rainfall and cool temperatures, preserving exceptional freshness, acidity and aromatic purity.

Aged for eight months in French oak barrels and produced without dosage, it opens with vibrant grapefruit and citrus aromas, followed by layers of stewed orchard fruit, delicate minerality and subtle toasted brioche. The finish is crisp, refined and beautifully balanced.

Each bottle is individually numbered, highlighting the rarity of this limited vintage release.
