Brown Brothers Dry Rosé Piccolo 200ml

Description

This is the first release of the Brown Brothers Dry Rosé Zero, now available in a 200 ml piccolo. In the glass it shows a vibrant salmon-pink colour with a light, delicate appearance. The nose is bright with fresh watermelon, ruby grapefruit and citrus notes. The palate is dry, refreshing and moreish, balanced by gentle acidity and spritz. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and fresh.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of fresh watermelon, ruby grapefruit and citrus lead to a dry, crisp palate that is mouth-watering and refreshing. Best served chilled and enjoyed young.

Food Pairings

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes. Enjoy with fresh seafood such as Vietnamese prawn skewers, smoked-trout blinis or summer salads. Also pairs beautifully with a watermelon and berry fruit plate or soft cheeses like brie.

Winemaking

• Vineyard Region: King Valley

• Growing Conditions: Produced from the Milawa vineyard in north-east Victoria. Grapes were harvested in late February, with brief skin contact to achieve a light pink blush colour.

• Alcohol Removal: Spinning-cone distillation technology.

• Alcohol: Less than 0.5 %

• Colour: Vibrant salmon pink.

• Aroma: Watermelon, ruby grapefruit and citrus.

• Palate: Dry, refreshing and moreish.
