The Grape
Cienna is a unique grape variety developed by Australia’s CSIRO, combining Sumoll from Spain with the renowned Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a variety perfectly suited to Australian conditions, producing vibrant, fruit-driven wines with plenty of character.
Food Pairing
Serve well chilled. Perfect alongside spicy dishes such as Chinese hot pot, where the fruit sweetness helps soften chilli and spice. Also delicious paired with crushed meringue, fresh berries and raspberry coulis.
