Lyre's Vermouth Alternative – Non-Alcoholic Aperitif 700mL
Lyre's Vermouth Alternative is a premium non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by classic sweet vermouth. Fruity, floral and citrus-forward, with blood orange, vanilla, dried fruit and gentle bitterness, it brings complexity to alcohol-free classic cocktails.
Flavour profile
Fruity and floral with bright citrus, blood orange, vanilla and dried fruit, balanced by gentle bitterness and aperitivo spice. Aromas of citrus, almond and plum meet exotic florals and subtle savoury notes. On the palate, blood orange and vanilla lead, followed by caramel, citrus pith and cacao for a rich, mouth-coating finish.
How to enjoy
Best enjoyed mixed. Add tonic and ice for an aperitif serve. Combine with Lyre's Italian Orange and tonic for an alcohol-free Americano, or pair with Lyre's Gin Alternative and Italian Orange for a Negroni-style cocktail. Top with Lyre's Classico Sparkling for a Sbagliato-style serve. Not intended to be consumed neat.
Americano serving suggestion
Combine 30mL Lyre's Vermouth Alternative, 30mL Lyre's Italian Orange and 90mL tonic water over ice. Stir and garnish with orange.
