    Tasting Note: Classic Pinot Noir expression in the glass. The nose displays red fruits as well as a characteristic savoury edge. The palate displays typical Pinot Noir characters of dry herb and spice with a touch of natural fruit sweeteners. Pair it with mushroom arancini. 

    Summary: Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process.

    The GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted only using high quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed. 

    Vineyards: Fruit sourced from vineyards in South Australia. 

    Vintage 2020: 2020 had its challenges with a dry start and only a small portion of rain and with much of the country suffering drought conditions. The warm dry spell continued in December with some extreme hot temperature days recorded. Thankfully due to one of the coolest January's on record the vines were able to re-address the balance. It was a late ripening year and yields were down but despite the challenges it will be another excellent vintage across South Australia.
